Official: JACKZ leaves G2

G2 have announced on Twitter that they have parted ways with Audric "JACKZ" Jug. Thus, the insider information from Guillaume "neL" Ratier, who reported on the player's departure a month ago, was confirmed.

In their message, G2 thanked Jug for his work over the past four years and wished him the best of luck in the future. At the same time, there is no information about whether the player still has a valid contract with the organization.

JACKZ has been a part of G2 since 2018. Throughout this time, the team achieved its highest results at the end of last year, when they managed to reach the grand final of PGL Major Stockholm 2022 and subsequently climb to second spot in the HLTV.org ranking.

According to neL, JACKZ will soon be announced as a new member of HEET. The 30-year-old will take the place of Lucas "Lucky" Chastang, who left the roster earlier.

G2 have to complete their lineup ahead of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 scheduled for August 19-28. The European organization is expected to sign Justin "jks" Savage to replace JACKZ, while Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen will become the new in-game leader.

 Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač
 Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov
 Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen
