HEAP joins fnatic on trial

Swedish player Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso has joined fnatic on trial, the club announced on its social media.

fnatic's press release notes that the 22-year-old esports athlete has been practicing with the team since May and that his trials include playing at REPUBLEAGUE Season 3, which wraps up on June 29.

Previously, Alonso has represented Dignitas since the fall of 2020. During this time, the Swedish roster did not manage to achieve any significant results. Shortly after the failure to qualify for PGL Major Antwerp 2022, the players were transfer-listed and later the entire roster was disbanded.

HEAP's debut for fnatic will take place tomorrow, June 21, at 17:00 MSK. In the opening match at REPUBLEAGUE Season 3, the team is set to face Into the Breach.
