ALEX and poizon benched in fnatic

fnatic have announced the roster update, which saw Alex "ALEX" McMeekin and Valentin "poizon" Vasilev being excluded from the starting five. The club shared this information on its official website.

According to the press release, fnatic will build their future roster around Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson and William "mezii⁠" Merriman. Peppe "Peppzor" Borak, who played as a stand-in, returned to the club's academy team.

ALEX has represented fnatic since last fall, when the organization created a new international roster. poizon joined the team in March as a stand-in, going on trial a few weeks later.

fnatic went on to say that three new players are to be announced in the near future. The next tournament in the team's calendar will be Pinnacle Cup Championship 2022, which will be held in Sweden from June 8 to 11.
