Opening matchups of first Europe RMR unveiled

Tournament operator PGL has published the list of opening matches of the first of two Europe RMR events for PGL Major Antwerp 2022. Over the course of four days from April 17 to April 20, sixteen teams will compete for eight spots in the Major.

The tournament's format implies the Swiss system, where after several rounds of best-of-ones, the participants will fight in promotion or elimination best-of-three matches. The top four teams will get the places in the top 16 of PGL Major Antwerp 2022, while those finishing 5-8th will start the event from the Challengers Stage.

The Europe RMR A opening matches:

 Heroic –  forZe
 FaZe –  Eternal Fire
 GamerLegion –  fnatic
 Vitality –  Dignitas
 MOUZ –  OG
 BIG –  SAW

PGL also published the bracket of the Asia-Pacific RMR, where on April 15-16 four teams will battle out two spots in the Major in the Double Elimination best-of-three format. The event will kick off with the TYLOO – IHC and Looking For Org – Renegades matchups.
