NAVI, FaZe, Players and seven other top teams invited to IEM Dallas 2022

The organizers of IEM Dallas 2022 on their Twitter have unveiled the direct invitees of the tournament taking place on June 3-5 in the USA. Ten invites were given to the ten leading teams of the professional scene: NAVI, FaZe, Players, G2, Heroic, NIP, Vitality, Astralis, ENCE and FURIA.

The official tournament's website explains that six rosters received the invites being ESL partner teams, while four others squads had the best results in the internal rating of the tournament operator. The distribution of the teams into these categories, however, remains unknown.

The list of IEM Dallas 2022 participants:

The six remaining participants in the LAN event will be determined based on the results of closed qualifiers in Europe (2 spots at IEM Dallas 2022), North America (2 spots), South America (1 spot) and Oceania (1 spot). The qualifying events in all the four regions will take place from April 22 to May 4.

IEM Dallas 2022 with a total prize pool of $250,000 will be the first big LAN tournament in North America in more than two years.
