Snappi: "Any top team is scared of ENCE because they know we can beat them"

ENCE's in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer believes that his team can beat any of the professional CS:GO scene's leaders. He spoke about this at a press conference ahead of the ESL Pro League Season 15 playoffs, where he also shared his expectations from the match against fnatic in the Round of 12.

The parts quoted are the translation from our Russian website.

If we manage to find our rhythm and show a high level of CS, we can go very far in the bracket. We need to focus from the very first match and remember that fnatic is able to knock us out of the tournament. <...> Any top team is scared of ENCE because they know we can beat them. I've said it many times. They understand very well that our team can easily win even without big names. There aren't many teams on the professional scene that can do that.

ENCE made it to the playoffs of the prestigious league having finished second in Group B. According to the Dane, the path to the decisive stage turned out to be more difficult than that of the lineups from other groups.

We went through the most difficult group there was. Five of the six teams that played there could easily earn a spot in the playoffs in any other group. I think we managed to show a good game. The most difficult was the match against FaZe, but we won it too.

Speaking with journalists, Snappi also noted the progress of ENCE's AWPer Olek "hades" Miskiewicz, who, according to the IGL, has significantly improved his level of play lately.

It is very important to me that the AWPer delivers. This is the key to the team's successful performances. hades started well last summer, after which there was a slight decline, but now he is back in great shape. I am proud of the work he has done in terms of developing his psychological confidence. I hope 2022 will be his year. In fact, the year of our entire team. All the players, except for me, can improve their individual game. I can only improve in the way I lead them.

The Round of 12 match at ESL Pro League Season 15 between ENCE and fnatic will take place tomorrow, April 4, at 16:30 MSK. The winner will face off against Movistar Riders in the quarterfinals.
