Gambit to take part in ESL Pro League Season 15 as Players

The members of the Russian team Gambit have confirmed their readiness to play at ESL Pro League Season 15 under the neutral name Players, according to the tournament organizer’s social media.

Earlier, Gambit as an organization came under the sanctions by a number of tournament operators, including ESL, due to military action in Ukraine. Along with Virtus.pro, they were accused of having ties with the Russian government.

Virtus.pro also allowed their roster to participate in the next season of the prestigious league in a neutral status under the Outsiders tag.
