MIBR and Imperial leave bootcamps in Poland due to hostilities in Ukraine

MIBR and Imperial have stopped bootcamping in Poland and intend to return to Brazil in the near future. According to Globo Esporte, the military actions in Ukraine were the reason for such decision.

MIBR finished practicing four days ahead of schedule and will head home today, February 24. In turn, the new Imperial lineup will leave Poland a week after their arrival.

Brazilian journalists note that GODSENT's bootcamp is currently taking place in Katowice. The preparations of Epitacio "TACO" de Melo's roster will end on Sunday, after which the team will fly to the club's base in Monterrey, Mexico.

Earlier, it became known that the tournament operator ESL would not cancel the IEM Katowice 2022 playoffs due to the tense situation in Ukraine. As originally announced, the decisive stage of the prestigious LAN event will take place on February 25-27 at the 11,000-seater Spodek Arena in front of a live audience.
