NIP returns MisteM to academy
Swedish esports club NIP unveiled an updated Counter-Strike 2 youth roster. The official statement was published on the organization's X social media account.
The new members of the team are 16-year-old Czech Samuel "MahaR" Horáček (he will fill the role of an AWPer in the roster) and 19-year-old Latvian Rūdolfs "rud" Osmanis. The average rating of MahaR and rud in 2024 is 1.00 and 1.02, respectively.
In addition, Gareth "MisteM" Ries returned to the NIP academy. The South African esports athlete competed for the youth squad from January to September 2024, after which he was promoted to the main team. In January of this year, the club benched the player.
The newly assembled team will be coached by Rasmus "Zitte" Johansson, who previously worked with NIP Svea. Young Ninjas is currently not featured in Valve & HLTV CS2 rankings.
