OG, HEET, AVE and Dignitas qualify for European RMR event

OG, HEET, AVE and Dignitas have become the winners of the first open qualifier for the upcoming European RMR event. The qualifiers for the regional championship took place on February 22-23.

Over the course of the open qualifiers, the top four teams won several best-of-one matches, followed by best-of-threes, where the squads fought for the spot. In the playoffs, OG, HEET, AVE and Dignitas defeated Team Spirit, B8, fnatic and Wisla Krakow, respectively.

The first open qualifier will conclude with semifinals, a final and a match for the third place, the results of which will determine the seeding of teams at the RMR event.

Four more open qualifiers for the European RMR event will be held in the near future. Based on their results, fifteen teams will join the list of participants in the regional championship.
