HLTV.org's journalist: All the teams at the Major earned over $1 million on average
HLTV.org's editor-in-chief Milan "Striker" Švejda shared information on how much the teams that played at PGL Major Stockholm 2021 made. According to him, each squad earned $1 million on average.
Švejda added that the amount that NAVI received is much higher than the average income of other teams. This is probably due to the fact that Valve released a separate capsule of the Major champions with player autographs.
I've been trying to find out some more concrete numbers about how much the teams made from the Major, and from what I've gathered it's well over $1 million on average for the 23 teams not called NAVI (probably a lot more for them). https://t.co/GFCEmRXzTB

The teams that took part in PGL Major Stockholm 2021 received 50% of the money from the sale of the passes, team capsules and capsules with patches. After the end of the tournament, the company released additional capsules with name stickers of the members of the eight squads that made it to the playoffs.
