ENCE to create its CS:GO academy

ENCE have opened up about their plans to create a training program for young players in CS:GO. The academy is expected to be launched in the first quarter of this year.

According to the press release, the ENCE academy will initially develop talented Finnish players, but subsequently is willing to work with players from other countries.

ENCE’s General Manager Niklas "Willkey" Ojalainen noted that the poor development of the professional scene in Finland was one of the reasons for the creation of the academy. According to him, it was because of the lack of local talents that the organization abandoned the all-Finnish roster idea last year and formed an international team.

As for now, the project being created by ENCE is at the initial stage. The club is looking for a specialist who would lead the process of coaching young players.
