neL: kennyS and AmaNEk are building a new team

Benched G2 players Kenny "kennyS" Schrub and François "AmaNEk" Delaunay want to continue their careers in the same team they are currently working on, insider Guillaume "neL" Ratier reports.

According to the source, G2 put Delaunay on the bench after signing Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov, while kennyS has been inactive since March 2021. After being excluded from the starting five, both players decided to create their own squad from scratch.

Now kennyS and AmaNEk are trying out potential newcomers to their team. Little-known on the professional scene, Jeremy "jeyN" Nguyen, Noah "Nono2k" Padovan, Philip "Graviti" Brankovic and Ryan "Neityu" Aubrey are training together with the experienced esports athletes.

The duo of G2 are also interested in working with Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van, who recently left Vitality. He is currently in an advanced stage of negotiations with LDLC, which makes his move to the new French lineup unlikely, neL noted.

The insider added that in case the two fail to invite players from France, kennyS and AmaNEk will consider the possibility of building an international roster.
