Nivera parts ways with Vitality and will continue his career in Valorant

Vitality have announced the departure of Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom on their Twitter account. The Belgian will continue his career in Valorant and have already been signed by Liquid, where he will play along with his brother and ex-CS:GO player Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom.

Nivera joined Vitality in October 2020 when the club invited him as the sixth player. The 20-year-old esports athlete helped the team win such big tournaments as IEM Beijing 2021 Europe and BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021, which in turn allowed the Frenchmen to hold the lead in the HLTV.org ranking for a month.

In March of this year, Vitality returned to a five-man format, which resulted in Nivera being benched until the very moment of parting with the organization. Then, the reason for this decision was Valve’s prohibition of using extended rosters in the qualifiers for the major.

Let us recall that a month after putting Nivera on the bench, Vitality also excluded Cédric "RpK" Guipouy from the main roster, however, did not bring the young Belgian back to the squad. Subsequently, little-known Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van became the fifth player of the team.
