MSL: "Astralis are the best performing LAN team"
Former North captain Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen is confident that Danish team Astralis will continue to dominate the competitive scene once tournaments return to the LAN format. In his opinion, the community has begun to forget that some teams have the advantage of playing more unleashed online, which doesn't work in a stadium-based championship environment.
Online gives teams that play with less structure and more yolo style a huge advantage, because these players a lot of the time will not take the same risk on LAN or it wont pay off. Same goes for IGLs. There is such a huge difference on calling in a stadium and in your bedroom.

The previous day Astralis lost to FURIA in the ESL Pro League Season 13 quarterfinals with a landslide. Before that, the Danish team took first place in the group stage but lost in the Play-In game against Gambit before finishing their tournament run in the playoffs.
