North confirms valde left the team

North officially confirmed the transfer of Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså, who had been in benched since October, to the unnamed team. The 24-year-old Danish leaves the club against the background of rumors about his joining the debut CS:GO OG squad.

It is expected that Waldemar "valde" Wangse will become a part of the OG team, about the beginning of the formation of which is known since October. Here's a statement from the player:

Hey guys. As you all might already know, the time has come for me to try something new and go down a different path in my career. I could feel within myself that it is the right decision, and it is always with mixed feelings leaving something behind that has been a huge part of your life for more than two years now. I got to play 35 tournaments and lift four trophies during my time in North, and all of them played a role in creating some of the most memorable moments I have in my life.

Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså represented North since August 2017, where he played the role of game leader. Under his leadership, the team won the DreamHack Open Montreal 2017, DreamHack Open Tours 2018, DreamHack Open Valencia 2018 and DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018, and entered the top four strongest competitors at the DreamHack Masters Malmo 2017, ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2017, ECS S6 Finals and ECS S7 Finals.
