Cloud9 Signs KioShiMa to its CS:GO Team

Cloud9 announced it signed Fabian "kioShiMa" Fey to its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster. KioShiMa is the team's replacement after Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham stepped down from professional CS:GO.

KioShiMa was revealed to be Cloud9's newest CS:GO signing to complete its roster. He stood in for Cloud9 in place of Skadoodle at BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen. Cloud9's recent announcement confirmed reports of kioShiMa most likely staying with the team after the event.

Cloud9's head coach Soham "Valens" Chowdhury expressed his excitement for the signing through the news release. "Our search to find that elusive form from earlier this year has been long and grueling, but hopes are high," he said. "Fabien has already made a great impression, both as a teammate and player, and the team is ready to build on our exciting first step at Copenhagen. We are looking forward to show you a revitalized Cloud9 leading into the next major.”

KioShiMa will debut as an official member of Cloud9 at ECS Season 6 Thursday.
