chelleos parts ways with Sashi after just two days

26-year-old New Zealand esports athlete Michael "chelleos" Hawkins has departed Sashi after spending only two days with the team. "Sashi didn’t work out for me", Hawkins wrote on X, adding that he hadn't even signed a contract with the Danish club yet. The organization itself has not yet issued an official statement regarding the matter.

chelleos had taken the spot of Frederik "acoR" Gyldstrand, who had been competing for the squad since February 2026. Gyldstrand is expected to return to the active lineup, as he has resumed practice with Sashi.

Notably, Sashi announced a few days ago that Mikkel "MistR" Thomsen and Casper "Cabbi" Jensen had been moved to the bench (the former has already left the organization). Their roster spots were filled by Australians Tynan "TjP" Purtell and Jordan "Hatz" Bajic. The team's next tournament will be Stake Pulse Beat III, starting on October 12.

 Sashi are now:

 Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss
 Anton "Anlelele" Huynh
 Tynan "TjP" Purtell
 Jordan "Hatz" Bajic

 Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen (coach)
