Snappi takes over as HEROIC's new coach

Esports organization HEROIC has unveiled the new coach for its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer. The official statement was made on X.

Snappi’s previous squad was NIP, for which he had competed since January of last year. On August 31, 2026, the organization announced that Pfeiffer had been moved to the bench, where he remained until today.

Marco replaced Joonas "doto" Forss at HEROIC; the club benched Forss earlier today. This marks the 36-year-old Dane's first stint as a coach. Notably, he previously represented HEROIC as a player during various periods between 2016 and 2020.

HEROIC currently sits 17th in Valve's official ranking of world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams. In July, Adrian "killazoo" Legarda joined the squad as an assistant coach.
