New CS2 patch fixes bugs with silent reload

[RUSH]

  • Added a better description of the rules to the loading screen.
  • Adjusted rules for determining when to kick players due to team damage.
  • Various clipping adjustments.

[GAMEPLAY]

  • Fixed a case where it was possible to get a slightly faster silent reload by tapping the reload button before holding it.
  • Fixed a case where it was possible to use silent reload to fire shotguns faster than normal.

[MISC]

  • Fixed a case where the AK-47 inspect animation sometimes popped.
