Overwatch added to Counter-Strike 2.

On the night of August 10th-11th, Counter-Strike 2 developers added Overwatch to the game. However, not all users had access to this feature. The welcome email on the website states:

You have been granted access to the Counter-Strike 2 VACNet labeling portal.

On this page you will be shown clips of gameplay from Counter-Strike matches. Please watch the clips with audio and answer the questions presented.

The player you are watching will not be directly affected by your verdict. Rather, labels may be used to train future VACNet models.

It is fine (and expected) that you will often select “Uncertain.” Please be certain if you make any other selection.

To avoid helping malicious players identify ways to better hide their cheats, please do not stream, record, or share videos of these clips.

To check if your account has access to Overwatch, you need to launch the CS2 client or visit the game's official website. The feature can also be unlocked by receiving an invitation from another user.

Notably, Overwatch was added to Counter-Strike 2 in 2024, but the developers stated at the time that only "trusted users" had access to it.
