First round matchups at BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 playoffs set

Organizers of the first Counter-Strike 2 championship of the new season, BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, have announced the results of the draw for the final stage of the event.

The competition will be held in a Single Elimination format, with teams choosing their opponents anew in the second round. In the quarter-finals of the tournament bracket, paiN chose Astralis, FaZe picked The MongolZ, 3DMAX drew MOUZ, while Liquid chose Team Spirit.

The final stage of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 will take place from July 30 to August 2 in Malta. The eight strongest squads in the online stage will compete for $740,000 in prize money. More detailed information about the competition can be found in our article.
