BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 viewer's guide

First competition of the new Counter-Strike 2 season, BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, kicks off on July 21st. The first stage of the event will be held online from July 21st to 26th. The LAN finals are scheduled for July 30th to August 2nd. Both stages will play out in a Single Elimination BO3 format.

Notably, a distinctive feature of the BLAST Bounty series tournaments is the bounty awarded to each team, determined by the organizers based on their seeding in the pool. The winner will take half of the defeated opponent's bounty; the remaining 50% will be carried over to the winner's bounty for the next match.

A total of 32 squads will participate in the first stage of the tournament, directly invited based on Valve's ranking. The top eight teams will advance to the LAN finals, which will take place at the BLAST studio in Malta. The total prize pool of the event is $1.15 million.
