yxngstxr to play for EYEBALLERS at BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2

Ex-HEROIC's Simon "yxngstxr" Boije will play as a stand-in for EYEBALLERS at BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2. The club announced this via its X social media account.

yxngstxr will replace Max "maxster" Jansson, who is currently on leave (according to the official statement, the club approved the leave before the squad accepted the invite to the tournament).

Notably, Boije represented HEROIC since January of last year. A couple of weeks ago, the organization benched him, and signed Antonio "MartinezSa" Martinez of Gentle Mates in his place. Simon subsequently announced his temporary retirement from the pro CS scene.

The BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 online stage will run from July 21-26, 2026, in a Single Elimination format. The top eight teams will travel to Malta, where the LAN finals will take place from July 30-August 2. More information about the event can be found in our article.
