17-year-old Bulgarian esports athlete Georgi "Jorko" Mitev will not be able to make his debut for Liquid at the upcoming BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 Counter-Strike 2 event, which kicks off in just a few days.

Due to tournament regulations, the team will be forced to play with Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak, whom the club previously benched and signed Jorko in his place.

The online stage of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 will be held from July 21 to 26, 2026, in a Single Elimination format. The top eight squads will travel to Malta, where the LAN finals will play out from July 30 to August 2. The prize pool of the tournament has not yet been disclosed (previously, teams competed for $500,000 at BLAST Bounty events). The list of participants can be found in our article.
