FalleN to retire at the end of 2026

FURIA's IGL Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo will end his professional Counter-Strike career at the end of 2026. He announced this himself on stage at IEM Rio 2026.

34-year-old Brazilian esports athlete has been competing on the pro Counter-Strike scene since 2005. During this time, he has earned nearly $1.5 million in prize money.

FURIA will begin its IEM Rio 2026 playoff run on April 17: squad will face the winner of the NAVI – Vitality matchup in a match for a spot in the tournament final.
