The MongolZ's coach to miss ESL Pro League Season 23 and BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026

Mongolian team The MongolZ will compete without their coach, Erdenedalai "maaRaa" Bayanbat, at the ESL Pro League Season 23 LAN Finals and the upcoming BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 Counter-Strike 2 tournament. The organization officially announced the news via its X social media account.

Our coach maaRaa is unable to attend ESL Pro League Season 23 and BLAST Rotterdam, but he remains in contact with the team online and continues to provide support.

The final stage of ESL Pro League Season 23 will be held from March 13th to 15th in a Single Elimination format. The final will be a best-of-five match, while the remaining matchups (including the one for the third place) will play out in a best-of-three format. The competition will take place at the Annexet Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 will be held from March 18th to 29th, 2026. The group stage will be played at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, while the playoffs will take place at the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The event's prize pool will amount to $400,000, divided among 16 rosters.
