Sum invested in CS2 roster by 100 Thieves revealed

Jacob "Maelk" Toft-Andersen, president of the esports organization 100 Thieves, revealed the amount the North American club spent on assembling its new Counter-Strike 2 roster.

According to the Dane, 100 Thieves management invested approximately four hundred thousand US dollars in the team's formation. The team's assembly was led by Graham "messioso" Pitt and Sean "seang@res" Gares.

To date, 100 Thieves has competed in two Counter-Strike 2 LAN tournaments – Roman Imperium Cup V in Portugal and DraculaN Season 5 in Romania – where they placed 5th-8th and 2nd, respectively. The squad currently sits 36th in Valve's official ranking of the best Counter-Strike 2 teams in the world.
