sh1ro names player who could blow up in 2026

Team Spirit's Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov chose 18-year-old Belarusian esports athlete Aleksey "xeedo" Mikulich as his "bold prediction" for HLTV.org.

xeedo is currently a K27 player. In 2025, he played 198 maps on the pro CS2 scene and recorded an average rating of 1.13. "I played with him a little bit on FACEIT. I think he's a promising player", – sh1ro explained.

Note that as part of its traditional Bold prediction series, the editorial team of the authoritative portal HLTV.org is asking esports athletes ranked in the top 20 at the end of the year to name one player who, in their opinion, will excel at the highest level of Counter-Strike 2. The candidate must meet two criteria: they have not yet played for a team in the top 20 in the world ranking, and they must be under 20 years old.

sh1ro placed 5th in HLTV.org's ranking of the best players on the pro Counter-Strike 2 scene in 2025. Sokolov's average rating at the end of the year amounted to 1.20.
