Falcons and Aurora advance to FISSURE Playground 2 playoffs

Fourth playday of FISSURE Playground 2 has ended in Belgrade – today the teams played eight more matches of the tournament group stage, based on which the first participants of the playoffs were determined.

The winners of today's matchups are Virtus.pro, The MongolZ, Liquid, GamerLegion, G2, Falcons, Aurora and paiN – they managed to best Lynn Vision, TYLOO, HEROIC, 3DMAX, Legacy, FaZe, FURIA and Astralis, respectively.

As a result, Falcons and FURIA finished the group stage with a 3:0 match record and secured tickets to the playoffs. On the contrary, Lynn Vision and HEROIC did not win a single match out of three and left the competition.

The fourth round of the Swiss stage at FISSURE Playground 2 is scheduled for tomorrow, September 16. The participants will be divided into two pools based on the number of wins and losses (2:1, 1:2); accordingly, the squads will face only with opponents from their pool.
