The MongolZ launches CS2 academy

Mongolian esports club The MongolZ has officially revealed the formation of a youth Counter-Strike 2 team. The announcement took place at a special event in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, which was attended by 3,000 people.

The team members are five young players – 15-year-old rifler Itgel "HAKAIII8" Tsogtbayar, 17-year-old IGL Sanchirbileg "CXIX" Ulziibadrakh, 16-year-old AWPer Zolbayar "t!kuak" Chimedtseren, and others – as well as a coach from Mongolia.

Note that The MongolZ took second place at the recent BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the USA, losing to Vitality in the event final. Before that, the squad entered the top 4 at IEM Dallas 2025 and placed 5th-8th at PGL Astana 2025. The team currently ranks fourth in Valve's world ranking.
