Virtus.pro signs Perfecto

Esports organization Virtus.pro announced a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The club benched Timur "FL4MUS" Marev, who had been competing for the team since December last year – VP bought him from GamerLegion. The average rating of the 20-year-old Russian esports athlete over the past three months is 0.88 (in 44 maps).

The vacant position in the starting five was taken by Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy. Note that on April 15 of this year, Zalutskiy parted ways with Cloud9 and officially became a free agent. The Russian represented Cloud9 from July 2023 to April 2024, after which the American club benched him. Before that, Ilya was a NAVI player.

"With this reshuffle, the Virtus.pro roster for the next season is finally formed. No further roster changes are expected", claims the official announcement from Virtus.pro.

Virtus.pro placed 9th-11th place at the recent BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the USA, earning $15,000 in prize money. The squad currently occupies 15th place in Valve's world ranking. The team's next tournament will be IEM Cologne 2025, which kicks off on July 23.
