ODDIK benches matios after defeat in Astana
Brazilian esports club ODDIK has once again announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This time, João "matios" Guedes has departed the team – the organization has put him on the bench.
According to the official statement published on the club's X social media account, this decision was made by mutual agreement of the parties. The 23-year-old Brazilian esports athlete has represented ODDIK for almost two years – since July 2023. matios' average rating for over the past three months is 0.99 (in 71 maps). It is still unknown who will replace him in the squad.
ODDIK recently placed 9th-11th at PGL Astana 2025 in Kazakhstan. The team failed to qualify for BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. The roster currently occupies 53rd place in Valve's world ranking.
