Former Nouns players assemble new roster

Members of the Nouns Counter-Strike 2 roster have departed the North American esports club and formed a new team that will compete under the Moneyball tag.

The esports athletes in question are Paytyn "junior" Johnson, Matthew "Cryptic" Whitmore and Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney. They were joined by two little-known players from Sweden – Simon "nomizz" Palm Niléhn and Anton "dottie" Alevärn. Accordingly, Jaxson "Peeping" Cornwell parted ways with the squad.

Note that two people at once departed the Nouns CS2 roster after an unsuccessful performance in the regional qualifier for BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 – William "RUSH" Wierzba and Eric "adreN" Hoag.

The Nouns roster occupied 81st place in Valve's ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. In February of this year, the club stopped funding its CS2 starting five.

Moneyball are:

 Paytyn "junior" Johnson
 Matthew "Cryptic" Whitmore
 Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney
 Simon "nomizz" Palm Niléhn
 Anton "dottie" Alevärn
