IEM Melbourne 2025 seeding announced

Organizers of Counter-Strike 2 tournament IEM Melbourne 2025 have published the seeding of the participants – the matchups in the first round of the group stage of the upcoming event have been revealed.

The group stage of the competition will be held in a Double Elimination (GSL) format; the three strongest squads from each group will advance to the playoffs (Single Elimination), while the winners of each of the groups will secure spots in the semi-finals. The final of the tournament will be BO5, all other matches – BO3.

IEM Melbourne 2025 will take place from April 21 to 27 in Melbourne, Australia. The event will feature a total prize pool of $300,000 – it will be divided among 16 rosters.
