BC.Game: "If jkaem does not fulfill his commitment and repayment plan, we will take further action as needed"
Esports organization BC.Game has made an official statement regarding the situation, which one of the members of the club's Counter-Strike 2 roster has found himself in. The player in question is Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad – he was previously accused of not paying his debts.
While we had no involvement in these events, we take the matter seriously. At BC.Game Esports, we do not condone such behavior but believe in second chances when paired with real accountability.
After speaking with jkaem, he has taken full responsibility for his actions and has agreed to follow a plan to repay his financial obligations.
Because the situation occurred prior to his time with us, we have decided to support him through this process. If he does not fulfill his commitment and repayment plan, we will take further action as needed.
If you are affected, please contact us via DM with supporting evidence so we can help him review his repayment plan.
Note that Myrbostad joined BC.Game in October of last year. Before that, he competed for BLEED for about six months. Over the course of his career as a Counter-Strike pro, the Norwegian has earned $283,000 in prizes.
