dycha goes inactive

27-year-old Polish esports athlete Paweł "dycha" Dycha announced his departure from Monte's active roster – the player decided to take a short break from competing. He wrote about this via his X social media account.

Earlier this month, I asked the organization to be removed from the team's active roster. We mutually agreed to play out the remaining matches to maintain the VRS ranking without major disruption. After concluding this, I've decided to take a short break from competition. My goal remains the same—I want to keep competing at the highest level of CS, and I'm still highly motivated to make this happen.

dycha joined Monte in July of last year, while before that he competed for ENCE and Sprout. The esports store did not specify when he plans to return to the Counter-Strike 2 pro scene. It is still unknown who will replace him in Monte.

Note that at the beginning of this year, Monte academy players Gitis "ryu" Glušauskas and Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen moved to the main CS2 squad. They replaced Kamil "KEi" Pietkun and Szymon "kRaSnaL" Mrozek. The roster currently occupies 38th place in HLTV ranking.

 Monte are now:

 Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko
 Olek "hades" Miskiewicz
 Gytis "ryu" Glušauskas
 Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen

 Ivan "AiyvaN" Semenets (coach)
