SaMey departs Sangal

24-year-old Polish esports athlete Dawid "SaMey" Stańczak has officially departed Sangal's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The Turkish club announced this via its X social media account.

SaMey joined Sangal in May of this year. Before that, he competed for Anonymo/ex-Anonymo. Stańczak's average rating over the past three months is 0.96 (in 28 maps).

It is still unknown will take the vacant position in the squad. Earlier, rumors surfaced on the web that Sangal was interested in AWPers from the CIS.

Sangal finished Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR A with a 1:3 record. The team neared UNiTY, but lost to MOUZ, Cloud9, and ECLOT. Thus, the roster missed the Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major. The squad currently occupies 31st place in HLTV ranking.
