Blogg1s parts ways with UNiTY after RMR failure

Slovakian esports club UNiTY revealed changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster after an unsuccessful performance at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR. Dominik "Blogg1s" Janita departed the organization. The announcement was published on the X social media.

The 25-year-old Czech esports athlete has represented UNiTY since June of this year, while before that he competed for Wings Up, Sampi and other teams. Janita's average rating over the past three months amounted to 0.91 (in 61 maps). Over the course of his career as a CS2 pro player, Dominik has earned $28,000 in prize money. It is still unknown who will fill the vacant position in UNiTY's starting five.

UNiTY placed last in the European qualifier for the Shanghai Major – the squad failed to win a single match at the RMR. The roster currently occupies 92nd place in HLTV ranking.

 UNiTY are now:

Martin "Pechyn" Pechoušek
Lukáš "Levi" Bouřa
Filip "K1-FiDa" Dvořák
