Lack1 parts ways with Aurora

Esports organization Aurora has once again revealed changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This time, Viktor "Lack1" Boldyrev departed the team – the club benched and put him up for transfer. The announcement was published on social media accounts.

The Kazakhstani esports athlete represented Aurora for over two years – since August 2022. Boldyrev's average rating over the past three months amounted to 0.98 (in 51 maps). It is still unknown who will fill his place in the lineup.

Note that a few days ago, Denis "deko" Zhukov also departed Aurora's active CS2 roster – the Russian took a break from competing. According to rumors, Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin from Aurora's academy roster may take over as the team's new AWPer.

Aurora finished their journey at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR B with one win and three losses. The squad bested B8, but lost to Eternal Fire, Team Spirit and 9 Pandas. Thus, the team did not qualify for the Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major.

 Aurora are now:

 Evgeny "Norwi" Ermolin
 Aleksandr "KENSI" Gurkin
 Timur "clax" Sabirov

 Stepan "brain" Sivoronov (coach)
