Insider reveals new Aurora sniper

Insider Vlad "harumi" Radvilovich shared some rumors about further changes in the Aurora Counter-Strike 2 roster. According to Radvilovich, one more player will depart the squad – Viktor "Lack1" Boldyrev.

The 25-year-old Kazakhstani esports athlete has represented Aurora since August of this year – longer than any other member of the club's current starting five. Boldyrev's average rating over the past three months is 0.97 (in 60 maps).

harumi also added that Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin from the Aurora Academy will become the team's new AWPer – the 19-year-old Belarusian will replace Denis "deko" Zhukov, who went inactive today. Zhukov was registered as a sixth man for Aurora at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR.

Finally, according to the insider, Andrey "XomA" Mironenko will take over as the head coach of the team, replacing Stepan "brain" Sivoronov. Since September of this year, XomA has been an assistant coach in Aurora.

Aurora finished their journey at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR B with one win and three losses. The team bested B8, but lost to Eternal Fire, Team Spirit and 9 Pandas. Thus, the team will miss the upcoming Shanghai Major in Counter-Strike 2.

 Aurora are now:

 Evgeny "Norwi" Ermolin
 Aleksandr "KENSI" Gurkin
