Official: Falcons have only one player left

Esports organization Falcons has officially revealed changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster after a disastrous performance at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR. The announcement was published on the club's X social media account.

As it was reported previously, three players were benched at once: Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, Pavle "Maden" Bošković, and Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen. Snappi and Maden have represented Falcons since December of last year, while dupreeh joined the squad in March of 2024.

Moreover, Falcons' management confirmed that Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev's loan deal, which is valid until the end of 2024, will not be extended. Thus, at the moment, only two people are part of the team – Emil "Magisk" Reif and coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen.

It is not yet known which esports athletes will fill the vacant spots on the roster. Earlier, rumors appeared online that Nikola "NiKo" Kovač would depart G2 and be added to Falcons by the beginning of 2025.

Note that in 2024, the Falcons roster failed to win a single LAN tournament. The team will also miss the upcoming Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major.

 Falcons are now:

 Emil "Magisk" Reif

 Danny "zonic" Sørensen (coach)
