GamerLegion qualify for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024

GamerLegion became the last winner of the first Europe RMR at Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 in Counter-Strike 2.

In the tiebreaker for the seventh place in the tournament bracket, Erik "ztr" Gustafsson's squad bested BetBoom Team with a scoreline of 2:1 (12:16 on Ancient, 13:5 on Nuke, 13:9 on Mirage). Thus, GamerLegion secured the last ticket to the Major.

GamerLegion will represent the European region at the upcoming Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 along with Vitality, MOUZ, FaZe, NAVI, Cloud9, fnatic and seven more rosters from Europe RMR B.

Note that Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 will be held from November 30 to December 15 in Shanghai, China. The total prize pool of the competition will be $1.25 million, which will be divided among 24 squads.
