FURIA climb to ninth place in HLTV ranking

HLTV.org revealed an updated ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. The MOUZ roster, which placed second at IEM Rio 2024, rose to fourth place, overtaking Team Spirit.

Virtus.pro entered the top eight; FURIA and HEROIC moved up five positions in the ranking and secured No. 9 and No. 11, respectively. Liquid dropped to tenth place, while Complexity to 12th place.

Over the past week, several more squads from the top 30 showed progress – Imperial, 3DMAX, B8 and Monte. On the contrary, paiN, SAW, FlyQuest, 9z and BetBoom Team weakened their positions in the ranking.

HLTV's ranking is updated weekly and primarily takes into account the results of the last two months. Teams' achievements over the past year are also considered, with the number of points for past successes decreasing each month.
