G2 climbs to fourth place in HLTV ranking

HLTV.org revealed an updated ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. G2 moved up to fourth place, ousting MOUZ to No. 5. NAVI, Vitality and Team Spirit are still in the top 3.

In addition, Liquid rose to seventh place, ousting Virtus.pro, while Astralis dropped out of the top ten, as Eternal Fire and paiN overtook it. The MongolZ, in turn, climbed to 12th place, while Complexity dropped to 15th.

Sangal moved up nine positions in the ranking at once and entered the top 20. Over the past week, several more squads from HLTV's top 30 showed progress – HEROIC, MIBR, B8 and Sashi.

HLTV's ranking is updated weekly and primarily takes into account the results of the last two months. Teams' achievements over the past year are also considered, with the number of points for past successes decreasing each month.
