Skyesports announces four new CS2 tournaments with $1.75 combined prize pool
Indian tournament operator Skyesports has announced its own schedule of Counter-Strike 2 tournaments for 2025. The company plans to hold four big events with a combined prize pool of $1.75 million. The venues for the competitions are still unknown.
The schedule of events looks as follows:
Skyesports Souvenir: from February 17 to 23 ($250,000);
Skyesports Masters: from May 26 to June 1 ($500,000);
Skyesports Championship: from September 15 to 21 ($500,000);
Skyesports World Tour: from November 10 to 16 ($500,000).
For all tournaments except the first one, the company plans to hold open qualifiers in several regions – Europe, America, India and Asia.
Note that Skyesports Masters and Skyesports Championship will overlap with events from StarLadder; Skyesports Souvenir will be held on the same dates as the tournament from PGL in Buenos Aires; Skyesports World Tour will take place simultaneously with BLAST Rivals Season 2.
Notably, the previous event from Skyesports took place from July 23 to 28 in Mumbai, India, at the Taj Lands End. The competition featured a prize pool of $300,000. In the final, 3DMAX crushed The MongolZ.
