HAVU reveals new coach
Finnish esports club HAVU has unveiled an addition to its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Petteri "peku" Jaakkola has become the team's new coach. The announcement took place on the organization's X social media account.
On this position Jaakkola replaced Mikko "xartE" Välimaa, who coached the team since 2022 and departed the roster in April 2024.
Prior to this, peku worked with the Chinese club Rare Atom as an analyst and assistant coach. Before that he coached KOVA and SAVO. In 2019, he competed for HAVU as a player for several months.
Currently, HAVU occupies 94th place in the ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 squads according to HLTV. The team did not achieve any significant successes last season.
