Wildcard signs two Swedish players

American esports club Wildcard has rounded out its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Love "phzy" Smidebrant and Tim "susp" Ångström have become new members of the team. The official announcement was made via the organization's X social media account.

Smidebrant has been inactive since departing Rare Atom in March 2024, while Ångström parted ways with the Norwegian club Metizport in May of this year.

The Swedes replaced Keller "SLIGHT" Nilan and Adam "Grizz" Golden, who left Wildcard's starting five about a month ago. The former recently moved to BOSS, while the latter is still a free agent.

Note that on July 14, Wildcard also revealed a new coach for its CS2 squad – Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak headed the lineup. He has replaced João "horvy" Horvath on this position.

 Wildcard are now:

 Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz
 Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek
 Josh "JBa" Barutt
 Love "phzy" Smidebrant
 Tim "susp" Ångström

 Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak (coach)
