Liquid reveals new coach

Coach Torbjørn "mithR" Nyborg has officially joined Liquid's Counter-Strike 2 team. The organization announced this via its X social media account.

Note that on July 10, Nyborg parted ways with Apeks, where he spent two years and eight months. As part of Liquid, he replaced Wilton "zews" Prado, whom the club removed from the position of the coach last month.

According to information from tournament operator BLAST, Justin "jks" Savage and Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak will also be added to the roster. They will replace Casper "cadiaN" Møller and Felipe "skullz" Medeiros.

mithR's debut with Liquid will take place at the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 tournament, which will be held in Copenhagen from July 26 to August 4 with the participation of 16 squads. The event will feature a prize pool of $190,000.
