HObbit reveals when he will return to CS2 pro scene

Cloud9's former player Abay "HObbit" Khassenov communicated with fans via his social media accounts. When asked about when he plans to return to the Counter-Strike 2 pro scene, Khassenov replied that he has already begun to consider various options.

Moreover, one of the fans asked HObbit whether he would transition to the role of an in-game leader – the esports athlete from Kazakhstan answered with a vague "we'll see".

Khassenov also named the five strongest CS2 pro players in 2024 in his opinion – the list included Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, Danil "donk" Kryshkovets, Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov, Nikola "NiKo" Kovač and Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov.

Note that on April 22, HObbit departed Cloud9's starting five along with Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy. On the same day, the club parted ways with Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov, while a few days earlier Denis "electroNic" Sharipov also left the team.
